This Open Source Application allows you working with several projects. You can configure your CakePHP projects. Atlas doesn’t require CakePHP. If you don’t have CakePHP, you can generate a project with Atlas and it will copy all the necessary Cakephp code.
Create multilanguage with this Open Source PHP Code Generator. Files will be save in app/locale. While you are working with a project yo can create many times language, it not overwrite files. it save fields that you have been modified.
