Editra is a Multi Platform Free Text Editor with an implementation that focuses on creating an easy to use interface and features that aid in code development. Currently it supports syntax highlighting and variety of other useful features for over 60 programming languages.

WYMeditor is an open source web-based WYSIWYM XHTML editor. WYMeditor has been created to generate perfectly structured XHTML strict code, to conform to the W3C XHTML specifications and to facilitate the need of modern applications.

With WYMeditor, the code can’t be contaminated by visual informations like font styles and weights, borders, colors, …The end-user defines content meaning, which will determine its aspect by the use of style sheets. The result is easy and quick maintenance of information.

This plugin is an inline content editor to allow editing rich HTML content on the fly. It’s a simpler version of WYMeditor with much less features. With a small file size less than 17Kb 26Kb total and only 9Kb 18Kb of code and 7Kb packed, the main concept is to keep it simple, not all users need font coloring or create tables, just the basic.
